What you buy. A one-time license (US$59) to use the delivered version of TITANTH Catalog Check for one Shopify store, including that store's owner and staff. Reasonable backup copies are allowed. Each additional independent store needs its own license. There is no subscription, cloud account, Shopify integration, legal advice, customs filing, compliance certificate or guaranteed future regulatory updates.
What the tool does and does not do. It checks a Shopify product CSV that you choose, in your own browser, for missing or suspicious product codes (your SKU, the maker's or supplier's code, and the barcode), builds a list of questions for your suppliers, and records corrections you have checked. It does not connect to or change your Shopify store, does not invent or verify codes, does not contact suppliers, does not file customs declarations and does not guarantee acceptance by any carrier or customs authority. Review every exported file before using it.
Business customers only. TITANTH Catalog Check is sold to businesses — Shopify merchants, agencies, freelancers and other operators who buy it for their trade or profession. By placing an order you confirm that you are buying for a business and not as a private consumer. If you bought as a private consumer by mistake, tell us within 14 days and we will refund the order (see the Refund policy).
Payment, delivery and tax. Payment is taken at Shopify checkout by card (Stripe) or PayPal. The price shown at checkout is the amount charged; it excludes VAT and any other tax. Business customers in the EU or the UK account for VAT under their own country's rules (reverse charge) where applicable; we do not charge EU or UK VAT. Any other tax or duty that applies in your country is your responsibility. The download link is emailed immediately after payment is confirmed; because delivery starts at once, there is no cooling-off period for business purchases.
Support. Covers opening the delivered version and reporting reproducible defects. Custom data cleanup, integrations and legal advice are not included. No response-time guarantee is given.
License. The packaged LICENSE.txt contains the full license. Resale, public redistribution, white-label use or multi-client service use requires written permission. Where applicable law gives you rights that cannot be excluded, those rights apply.
