TITANTH Catalog Check is a digital download for one Shopify store. Nothing is shipped.
Contact jamelight@titanth.com within 14 days of purchase if you cannot download or open the product as described, received the wrong file, found a reproducible defect, or believe the product was materially misdescribed. Include your order number, your operating system and browser version, and a short description. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or a full customer catalog.
We will first try to restore access, send the correct file or supply a fix within a reasonable time. If we cannot resolve a covered problem, we will refund the order to the original payment method (card or PayPal). Your bank or payment provider controls how long the credit takes to appear. Downloading the file does not remove any rights you have under applicable law, and this policy does not limit those rights.
Business customers only. Because the download is delivered immediately, refunds are limited to the cases above. If you bought as a private consumer by mistake, contact jamelight@titanth.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the order.
