Who it is for

Stores outside the EU that ship to EU consumers themselves — typically through FedEx, UPS, DHL Express or another carrier that asks for product identifiers on the commercial invoice — and that keep their catalog in Shopify.

If your checkout or logistics provider (for example Zonos, Passport or a fulfilment platform) already collects product identifiers for you, check there first; you may not need this tool.

Limits, stated plainly

It cannot know a supplier's code you have not entered. Shopify's export has no column made for it; the tool helps you collect and map those codes.
It checks barcode format and reuse, not ownership. A valid-looking barcode can still be wrong.
It is not legal advice and does not file anything with customs.

Who makes this

Is it a subscription?

No. US$59 once, for one Shopify store. You download a ZIP with the tool, a start guide, the license and a sample file.

Can I buy as a private individual?

The tool is sold to businesses only: Shopify merchants, agencies and freelancers buying for their trade. If you bought as a private consumer by mistake, email jamelight@titanth.com within 14 days and we refund the order.

Does it change my Shopify store?

No. It reads a CSV you choose and never connects to Shopify. Exports are review files, not import files.

Does it guarantee customs acceptance?

No. It finds data gaps. Whether a code is genuine and whether the rule applies to a given product is for you, your supplier and your carrier or customs representative.

Which browsers?

Current desktop Google Chrome. Files up to 10 MB and 10,000 rows including image rows.

How do I get the file after paying?

Shopify emails a download link to the address used at checkout, usually within minutes. If it does not arrive in 15 minutes, check spam, then contact jamelight@titanth.com with your order number — do not buy again.
